Three things to prioritize for overall wellness.

Prioritize !!


If you need something you make time for it. For overall wellness prioritize on these three things daily :


1. What are you going to eat all through the day ? Don’t obsess about it. But be mindful of portion control and adding macros ( Protein, Carbs & Fats ) in all your meals.


2. Make time for movement. It doesn’t necessarily has to be an hour workout but movement can be achieved by doing your chores yourself. Mopping, walking your dog, climbing stairs instead of elevator and playing tennis all contributes to movement.


3. Focus on your sleep. If you are going to bed at 11pm. Today go 15 minutes early and next night 30 minutes earlier. Your body burns calories while you sleep and also aids your immunity.


4. Meditate for 10 minutes everyday. Don’t complicate meditation. Just watch the breath moving in and out of your body. And, whatever thoughts come to your mind just acknowledge them and keep bringing the attention back to your breath.
