Secret to lose weight.

I get lot of DM’s from my friends & family asking me for tips to help loose weight or belly fat. I tell them the number one thing that they need to do to loose weight & stay healthy permanently is to be DISCIPLINED.

Yes !! Discipline. Many of us are not focused & disciplined to follow a daily movement/workout practice nor the balanced diet.

Loosing weight is easier. Maintaining good health & your weight takes lot of discipline. You have to take control of your life choices to make a permanent life change. Making a change is a struggle & not easy. There will be days when you will falter in your diet & workout. But don’t let that dampen your spirit. Rather than going into a guilt mode, take rest/break & get back to your schedule.

Don’t make big changes immediately. Take baby steps. Be realistic, patient and stay disciplined.
