Misconceptions about body shapes.

Let’s clear some misconceptions !!

Being LEAN :

- Lean doesn’t mean, they don’t eat.

- Lean doesn’t mean, they don’t have insecurities.

- Lean doesn’t mean, they are snobs.

- Lean doesn’t mean, they have great metabolism.

- Lean doesn’t mean, they don’t need to exercise.

- Lean doesn’t mean, they are more flexible/athletic.

- Lean doesn’t mean, their life is a LA-LA-LAND.

Being MUSCULAR :

- Muscular doesn’t mean, they spend endless hours in gym.

- Muscular doesn’t mean, they are overdosing on protein.

- Muscular doesn’t mean, they don’t have a social life or responsibilities.

- Muscular doesn’t mean, they take steroids.

- Muscular doesn’t mean, they are flexing 24/7.

- Muscular doesn’t mean, they are MANLY.

- Muscular doesn’t mean, they are doing it to draw attention from opposite sex.

Being less LEAN or MUSCULAR doesn’t make you BETTER or WORSE. Nor your BODY SHAPE determines your HAPPINESS.Instead of just focusing on aesthetic goals, look into the bigger picture. Stop associating fitness with being lean or muscular.

Start building a healthy lifestyle.Drink more water, stay active, eat real food, sleep well, meditate, start journaling, be kind, laugh more, make new friends, read everyday, do something creative, sing out loud, be less judgmental, encourage & uplift others.

Most importantly define what fitness means to you ? And, stop comparing yourself to others.
